6TH DIMENSION HOMES & CARE PVT LTD believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the 6TH DIMENSION HOMES & CARE PVT LTD marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • 6TH DIMENSION HOMES & CARE PVT LTD does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @ 7025336666
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery. 

Replacement/ Exchange of Footwear Due To Size/Colour Issues

Alivekart offers one time exchange of footwear at free of cost. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt in case you would like to replace the product. All replacement requests are to be placed in the Replacement & Returns Tab on the main page. In case of Pin Codes where Alivekart cannot pick a return, a refund of Rs.100 will be made in the form of Alivekart Discount Vouchers which can be redeemed by the customer.

To place a return request, click on the replacement and returns processing tab and fill the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return.

This will not be applicable if any offer or promotion are running for the product. In this scenerio the specific terms and conditions of the promotion will superseed general terms and conditions.

 

Returns of Product

  • Returns for other cases must be notified within 14 days of delivery. 
  • To place a return request, click on the replacement and returns processing tab and fill the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • In case of Pin Codes where Alivekart cannot pick a return, a refund of Rs.100 will be made in the form of Alivekart Discount Vouchers which can be redeemed by the customer.
  • Return of bath and closet related products are not permitted.
  • Food products return are not accepted.

Refunds :

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by 6TH DIMENSION HOMES & CARE PVT LTD or its business partner and after the product is found to be in good condition.

Refund for all returns will be in the mode of bank transfer for the value of the product in the invoice only excluding shipping charges.
