How To Place An Order On AliveKart

Thank You for your interest in Alivekart's range of products.

Please do go through the below steps in case you have any queries for order placement.

STEP 1.

Scroll down and enter your pin code and click on check. This will check and confirm if cash on delivery is available in that location. In case you need a product where cash on delivery is not available, drop us an email with your details at care@alivekart.com and we will do the needful.

We provide cash on delivery to almost 19000 pin codes across India.

Once you have checked this option, please proceed to step 2.

STEP 2:

Choose the size, and colour options and click on Buy Now.

Once you click on buy now, the screen will show the order details. Click on buy now again.

STEP 4:

Fill in your email address first and the rest of details for delivery. Then click on Continue to shipping method.

STEP 5:

Here you can choose the mode of shipping. Once you choose the mode of shipping, click on Continue to payment method.

STEP 6:

This is the final step. Here choose Cash on Delivery or Credit Card/Debit Card by clicking on the respective option and finally click on Complete Order. You will receive an email with your order number once you click the same.
